The Rainbow® Clear RTV Silicone Adhesive/Sealant from Rainbow Technology Corp. is a nearly invisible, clear RTV silicone-based sealant and adhesive product that cures at room temperature.

This flexible, temperature-resistant, multi-use (RTV) silicone sealant-adhesive hybrid product is ready for use in a wide range of bonding, protecting, sealing, and waterproofing applications. It forms a water-tight seal to close cracks, seams, and entrance ports on many types of parts and equipment.

Suitable for indoor and outdoor projects. Available in an 8 oz (227 g) pressurized aerosol can.

Rainbow® Clear RTV Silicone Adhesive/Sealant from Rainbow Technology can be applied to horizontal and vertical surfaces, indoors and outdoors, and does NOT crack, crumble, or shrink.
"RTV" silicone is short for room-temperature-vulcanizing silicone. As this name suggests, this silicone-based, sealant/adhesive product cures at room temperature.
The (RTV) silicone sealant-adhesive hybrid product dispenses from a unique, convenient pressurized package in a consistent, uniform bead — offering an excellent alternative to messy caulking tubes and guns from other manufacturers.
The pressurized nature of the packaging also keeps the RTV silicone sealant/adhesive product fresh for repeated use.
Extension tubes are provided to adjust the thickness of the dispensed RTV silicone beads and to enable access to hard-to-reach areas.
This sealant/adhesive has a flash point of 212° F. After curing, it remains stable at temperatures ranging from -60° F to 400° F. It has a dielectric strength of 550 volts/ml.
Our clear RTV silicone meets federal specification TT-S-001543A Class A (COM-NBS) and federal specification TT-S-00230 Class A (COM-NBS). It also meets FDA regulation 21-177.2600 and meets or exceeds MIL-A-46106.
